THE FINE PRINT
Terms of Use
Effective October 26, 2026
Welcome to belpire.com, the website of the Belpire Carnival community. By using the site you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
What the site is
belpire.com is a free, non-commercial fan and community site run by volunteers. It shares game news, schedules and links for our members and visitors. It's provided "as is" and may change, pause or go offline at any time.
Information on the site
- Game data such as titles, release dates, artwork and patch news comes from Steam and is shown automatically. It may be incomplete, delayed or wrong. Check the official store page before you buy anything.
- Star Citizen server status and Comm-Link news come from Roberts Space Industries' public pages. Always rely on the official status page for anything important.
- Nothing on the site is professional, financial or technical advice.
Community tools and other sites
We link to independent websites and community tools, including downloads that change files on your PC. We don't own, control or check them, and they aren't endorsed by game publishers. You use them at your own risk and under their own terms. Download only from the official links we list, and keep your own backups.
Trademarks and fan content
Belpire is an unofficial community. We aren't affiliated with or endorsed by Valve, Cloud Imperium Games, Roberts Space Industries, Discord or any game publisher. Game names, artwork and trademarks belong to their owners and are used only to identify and discuss their games. This is an unofficial Star Citizen fan site, not affiliated with the Cloud Imperium group of companies. If you own something shown here and want it changed or removed, contact us.
Our content
The Belpire name, logos, carnival artwork and original writing on this site belong to the Belpire Carnival. You're welcome to link to us and share pages. Please don't copy our branding to make something look like it's from us. The site's source code is published on GitHub; it's public so it can be reviewed, not to grant rights to our branding.
Using the site fairly
Please don't attack, overload, scrape at high volume or try to break into the site, its server code or its data, and don't use it for anything illegal. If you find a security problem, report it privately through our GitHub repository's security page rather than exploiting it.
The Discord community
The Discord invite is shown only to visitors signed in with a verified Discord account. Please don't repost it publicly.
Joining the Belpire Discord is covered by Discord's Terms of Service and our server rules, which you accept in the Welcome Zone. The Ringleaders may remove anyone who breaks those rules.
No warranty and limits of liability
The site is provided without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent the law allows, the Belpire Carnival and its volunteers aren't liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the site, information on it, or any linked site or tool. Some places don't allow these limits, so they may not all apply to you.
Changes
We may update these terms. When we do, we'll change the date at the top. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
